Another huge reason fans like Facebook pages is because it is a chance to receive discounts or promotions..I know I for one like certain pages because it gives me the opportunity to win some gifts cards, fun incentives like that.

The percentages between brand "liking" on Facebook vs. Twitter is quite a difference. Only 23% of consumers "like" posts on Twitter-which isn't a huge number.

The main reason I feel like this is a really smart way to get your brand name out there is because Facebook is the easiest way to get in contact with people. It is literally so easy to access Facebook and it is just as easy to discover all kinds of brands/pages.

Facebook has many different ways of keeping things easy. I love Facebook live. I follow quite a few boutiques on Facebook and something really easy and smart that has started happening, is that these boutiques will do LIVE sales. Easiest way for customers to shop without ever even needing to leave their house. I sometimes feel like online shopping has ruined a lot for business owners, but the best thing they can do is just get with the times and conform a little to what is working in the industry.
